I’ve spent a lot of years being the person people call before they make the move.
I’m Tonia Fisher, a strategic advisor, attorney, educator, and longtime operator who has worked across business, law, fitness, organizations, creative projects, and the very human complications that show up wherever people are trying to build something.
The common thread has always been the same: someone brings me a situation with more going on than first appears, and we figure out what they are actually working with.
My background means I tend to notice the intersections. The business decision that is really a capacity problem. The collaboration question that is actually about expectations. The thing someone thinks they need to hire an expert for before they have defined what they need the expert to accomplish.
I’m not here to make your decisions for you. I bring an experienced outside perspective, ask the questions that help expose what may be missing, and help you make the situation workable enough to decide what happens next.
